Would definitely use if ever needed in the future

My 90-year old Mother was referred to Dr. Barry Sussman for a breast biopsy. I spoke with him briefly, as I was concerned about my Mother undergoing any sort of surgical procedure in her compromised state. The doctor reassured me, and promised to phone when the biopsy results were in-approximately 3-5 business days I was told. The biopsy was on February 9th and today is March 1st. I have made multiple phone calls to his office. Even tried calling every day last week during business hours-only to get an answering machine. The Doctor finally left me a message today-3 weeks after the biopsy. When I phoned back and expressed some concern and frustration, I was met by a very hostile, abrupt receptionist-who ended up hanging up on me. As a concerned daughter primarily, and a Registered Nurse secondarily, I have never met with such unprofessional conduct. I still do not know if my Mother has breast cancer. The Doctor never returned my call today and I am left waiting-not knowing what to tell my worried-sick and terrified Mother.
