Dr. Ashraf Elshafei

Last visit i went there was told they don't give out prescription anymore will call in . When i went to pharmacy they didn't call in all of my meds and gave me wrong dose. It has been a month i am calling they don't answer the phone. Finally this week i spoke to some one and repeated my self that i need my medinice she said ok we will call it in for u, but when to pharmacy there is nothing for me. Very disappointed. I will not go there any more have to change my dr.

I have just called his office for many times. The first time they answered me,than they put me on hold and they hung up on me.Than I tried to call them many times no one answered.

Not only does Dr. Ash truly care about his clients, but he wants to make sure you get the correct treatment. There is a beautiful person named Laura who is the therapist. Laura is such a hard worker. I love this practice, yes there is a wait and so is at every busy establishment. Like the motor vehicle. You don't spend 15 minutes at motor vehicle. What some clients do not understand is situations come up which now make,more time and attention from the doctors. Dr Ash is no way a pill pusher, in fact I've been there while clients yelled at him because he wanted to make a certain future goal and plan for this client and I all I hear from the clients is just give me my meds so I can leave. If you're honest, and not a drug addict looking to score , Dr Ash and his team are a great practice. I must mention Laura once again . she has people with mental disorders yell at her for whatever reason, however she understands her duty and takes care of each client with pure compassion. I love her !

Beware of this doctor!! He does not care about his patients, just wants to write scripts. Books 40-50 patients a day easy, the waiting room is like rush hour waiting for a train, only he will make you wait hours before he arrives. Took me in, asked me what I want and wrote the scripts without diligence. All he cares about is money. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor that cares, because he doesn't.

I truly miss coming to them for treatment. Yes you have to wait for awhile to be seen but they are amazing Wallahi and I would surely come back as soon as I return to NYC In Shaa Allah
