I went her office for school health form on Saturday and told her I need them ASAP. She sent me for X-ray test and ordered the same day result. However, the radiologist was not able to write the report until Monday. I told her I will send my husband to pick up my report on Monday because I have school and i need them by Friday. However, ON Monday, she gave my husband wrong report. NOW, for her mistake, I have to skip my class to pick up my report myself. Then i do realize this doctor is not reliable. Today she gave me wrong report, for next time, could be wrong medicine.

I really liked her, I had a stomach flu and went to see her. She answered all my questions twice (in english and chinese).

Went here twice before and was great. She must have a major decline in income. I called to speak to her over the phone today with a question and was told I needed to come in to speaker to her, which I did. Soon arrival I gave them my insurance card was was instructed I hav to pre pay my future visits along with my co pay. Scam! This was a woman who I trusted to be my doctor. Now will only see me to have a conversation and will only have a conversation if paid upfront for future visits. This is a form of neglect! People like this shouldn't be aloud to practice medicine.

I have a few months as her patient, and I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Chan. I love the fact that she explains in details what she's doing and her worries. Any concerns or questions, she answers with confidence. And whenever I receive any immunization, she calms me down before, during and after the shot. The operatory is always clean, her staff is nice and friendly, and the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. She has a patient for life.

Very patient doctor and great assistants. Speaks fluently in English and Chinese and very on point with my treatments
