Excellent!!! I'm a 24yr healthy individual so i only have to see Dr. Magno at the most, once a year for a check up. I never make an appt because they accept walk ins. I'm in and out of the office 30 mins tops!!!! The staff is a bit crabby but Dr. Magno is very pleasant. I have free health insurance so i always ask for prescriptions for otc drugs. I never pay for otc drugs, generic is just fine!!!

Atrocious service and record-keeping. A claim for a standard visit was paid by my insurance provider and I then got a bill from a debt collector 10 months later. Dr. Magno's office then realized they had simply mixed up the paperwork. Avoid this office if at all possible.

Magno is fantastic. With other doctors, I have often found that: 1) they don't truly listen to what you tell them; and 2) they're often not as helpful as they could be, or sometimes, they're just flat out WRONG. I have never found that to be the case with Magno. He is extremely knowledgeable, listens to what you say, and every time I have gone to him with a medical issue, he's diagnosed it perfectly and taken the time to explain how/why it came about. Can't recommend him enough.

Yes, the review of Magno is absolutely spot on. He is an excellent practitioner, diagnostitician, and a wonderful person. I wish I could say that about one of his partners, but after limited experience, I cannot. In fact, I just make sure that I see Dr. Magno. If I cant, I'd go into Manhattan and see someone else.
