I had my baby at Roosevelt last December. I heard such wonderful things about the hospital but I have to say I was dissapointed. The nurses were great though. The rest of the staff... terrible and rude. The person sharing the room with me got sick all over the curtain that seperated us and it took 5 hours and me begging them before the curtain was changed (I had to threathen them with health services). I had to chase the breakfast delivery guy down the hall after a c-section as they simply could not get my order right at which point he told me to go down and talk to the kitchen staff myself. Nice.
There is also a Mrs Grunt that works there and she is super rude. They treat one like garbage and like they are doing you a favor having you there. Avoid her. Finally they were unable to assist me in finding out which pediatrician looked at my child. Scary how they dont even know who is on dute. What if someone stole my child! They sure did not know what was going on. I will not go there again. The hospital is also pretty dirty in general.
