I wouldn't wish the dentist on my worst enemy. The big No firearms sign when you walk in should of been a clue. The woman who who cleaned my teeth had no manners, very rude and it was the most painful cleaning I have ever experienced. On top of that she was obviously sick and kept coughing while the cleaning was taking place. The main dentist couldn't even be bothered to enter the room or acknowledge I was there. I asked about fixing a cap on my front tooth that fell off. It happened before and was covered by insurance. The woman leaves the room and asks the The dentist. I clearly hear him saying to her "no He has to pay for it". She comes back into the room and precedes to tell me that they will ask my insurance. Such liars. Horrible practice. Stay away

BEWARE OF AN DECEPTIVE OFFICE PRACTICES!!!!
THEY ARE RUDE
THEY ARE LIARS
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOU TEETH AND YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE!!!!!!

I made an appointment today 05/08/2014 on ZocDoc with Dr. Raziel for my daughter. They called me around 4-6 hours after the appointment was made and they weren't very nice but that's on them. Even though the appointment was set up for a Saturday at 1:15 they knew it was we were a new patient they called me to tell me that they do not see new patients on the weekend and that the doctor that I made the appointment with doesn't see pediatrics patients even though he came up as a pediatric dentist and it was mentioned that the appointment was for a child. They didn't even mention it was going to be a different doctor Dr. Teper until I asked. When I asked if it was possible to meet with the doctor before he examines my daughter the girl told me it was fine only to call back 10 minutes later to say they don't do things like that and they do not want me as a patient. I work in the medical field (office management) and if a patient ever asks to meet one of my doctors before hand I advise it strongly to see if it would be a good fit before continuing so no one wastes time. The girls response was since we cannot bill the insurance we aren't interested. She was very mean and nasty and unpleasant. I am very glad that I didn't waste any time going in there and having to deal with them.
