I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rosen and his staff.
I originally came to Dr. Rosen's office because of a great Living Social deal I purchased- 30 minute message and chiropractic evaluation for $40 bucks! I'd been having serious and prolonged upper back and neck issues and was sick of spending $120+/visit on deep tissue massages that hurt like hell and didn't help!
At my first visit, I arrived 20 minutes late- totally my fault. Even so, I got a thorough message from Leah, who spoke to me about my problem areas before she started. My first consultation was more than I expected... after examining my back briefly, Dr. Rosen noticed, by mere sight, that I had pronounced scoliosis- something I've never been diagnosed with. After dealing with my melodramatic breakdown (and ensuring me that I would not wind up alone and hunched @ 40 with a million cats) he ordered complimentary X-rays and then, because they were closing and he was worried he was "rushing me," scheduled me a *FREE* followup appointment (with massage) even though it was my fault I was late and they were closing!
I am now going to Dr. Rosen for adjustments/massage/PT twice a week and am as happy with the rest of the staff I've interacted with as I was with Leah and Dr. Rosen on day 1. Although it's only been a few times, I've already noticed differences in my posture and in the pain I feel on a daily basis.
Their facilities are really top notch (dry whirlpools, PT equipment, electro-stimulation devices, private exam rooms, some crazy device that painlessly measured the "range of motion," in my neck etc.) and their receptionists are so nice that it's almost comical. His office earned even more bonus points for figuring out how to best bill my insurance at the least cost to me.
Dr. Rosen has really set the bar for me as far as doctors go. I'd recommend his office to anyone experiencing back back or spinal mobility issues.
