I cannot believe how easy the entire process was! The staff was amazing and explained everything. One could imagine that how difficult is to take a decision to sell your diamonds but after selling it to Down Town Gold City, I got a relief as they offered me the best price in the market. I strongly recommend Downtown Gold City, Inc to those who want to sell their diamond in order to get the best value in New York. The staff and services are wonderful and so quick. I was a bit skeptical about selling a diamond but the experience was really wonderful and painless.

I am very impress with the service and staff they are very friendly and professional. I get 80% more for my jewelry than any other place. They are highly recommended with an excellent cash return for unwanted jewelry.

The owner and staff displayed exemplary customer service, care, thoroughness and attention to my needs. I made specific request and they were all met by when I was promised and at a price that was right within my budget. I would definitely recommend Downtown Gold City, Inc and I will continue doing business in the future with them.
