There's another uninformed student in there every time I went, and when Dr. Horowitz finally sees me he scolds me like a child for having a broken finger. Worse, he makes me get XRays and then drops communication for a week and a half after he gets the results. When (another new student/intern) finally returns my calls, he says "There's nothing you can do for the finger now, it's going to stay swollen."
This isn't mentioning the constant 45 minutes-plus waiting time that constantly occurs, or the excessive billing that I got for visiting to get a referral.
