Entirely unresponsive to tenant concerns. Considering how high they are looking to hike rents in Bayside and Flushing, they coukd at least have decent customer service. They also like to schedule maintenance and renovation work for 8 AM on weekends.

As a real estate professional, I can honestly say that this company is one of the worst managing agents I have ever come across. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone and even when you do they blow you off completely. They illegally deregulate apartments and then raise the rent incredulous amounts to force tenants out. Stay away from this managing agent at all costs. They are scum!!!!

Utterly uncooperative.
Nasty.
Pretending they have not received payments that they have received.
No-one answers the phones at reception.
Avoid like the plague.
