Very honest and frank, no upselling, quick understanding of the problem, quick resolution. There's no fancy waiting room with coffee and cable TV (what you pay for in some places), but you won't need it. Very prompt and efficient service.

I have gone to Doug many times, and everytime he has fixed it quickly, and relatively cheaply. I have even gotten a new volvo engine after the old one broke down. I highly recommend.

Doug really knows his stuff, he has worked on my land rover, my honda civic, my ford escort wagon, and my subaru outback. really honest as well, he once told me about a part that should be covered under warranty on the exhaust system of the Subaru even though the entire car was out of warranty the exhaust is covered for 8 years or a certain mileage that I was under. saved me $700 right there. highly recommend his service.
