Great environment, clean rooms, friendly staff and location was also a plus. Rooms and hallways are kind of small but overall it didn't take away from a having a good night sleep. Oh!! The walls are thin but thankfully we didn't have noisy neighbors !

Convienient location in the financial district. Could use with some renovations in rooms though.

Great experience from Christmas to New Years! Doormen very helpful - shout out to Allan.. Resturaunt was a huge surprise - expensive yes but absolutely amazing! Say hello to Gus he manages and is very efficient. Portions are great with complimentary Grapas after dinner if your brave. Elevators slow during busy times but no wait early or late! Will stay again!

Gym neglected - far right treadmill decline button and quick start button broken, cold water not working out of water cooler, no disinfectant wipes, and left cable on cable machine is broken.

make sure you get a low floor. Elevators are SLOWWWWWW! Add 20 mins to go up room or down in the morning . Also change in restaurant is bad news. very expensive and small portions. food was good but 100$ for two for soup and app with no drinks is a bit over the top. staying somewhere else on next trip
