I witnessed the Driver back up in to some ones ford explorer at 7am on yonkers ave while parked and kept going. Now he is saying he never hit no ones car. I got pictures and his plate number now the lady hopes her insurance can get them. if not she is taking them to small claims court.

Driver was involved in accident 7/22/16, did not provide accurate insurance information, unable to get company phone number.
