I was here for a quick appointment and I was told I would be called soon but it took almost 3 hours and it was overall a bad experience

I had a really bad customer service experience upon my recent visit. The computer/internet system was not working and they could not look up my referral. The receptionist, insisted that I CALL, my doctor and have the form faxed over to them. I did so, thinking that the receptionist was not busy and could have made the call. After being on hold and transferred to 3 different people, my doctors office wanted to speak with the receptionist. Then the receptionist took my phone to his supervisor, who laughed and giggled with my doctors office for 10 min before agreeing to fax the forms. Really Bad customer service. After this, everything went smoothly and I was done in a timely fashion, however I was truly disappointed with how my problem was handled.
