I cannot agree more with some of the reviews. This place is a horror story. The owner lana is a totally rude and is always is the worse mood anyone can imagine. My sister made an appt. For the fitting with some of her bridesmaid at 4:30pm-5pm. I walked in a 4:30pm on the dot and the seamstress and lana were stanidng in front of the store smoking cigarettes. I greeted them and let them know i was here for the fitting, and the seamstress said "uh im leaving at 430. I cannot believe how obnoxious they are with their customer service. I will never recommend this place. Its a total fraud. My first appt was for measurement and she said the dresses are made to order. When the dress came, it was in a # size dress. And it was awfully big. She then said she will have to alter it and tailor to my size. She will charge me an additional $45 to correct the size. I cannot believe this scam artist. One other bridesmaid is a definite petite body type. She usually wears size 8. They ordered a size 12 for her. And of course we will need to alter the dress now. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. THEY ARE A NEIGHBORHOOD SCAM. DISHONEST. RUDE. They treated us like we didnt pay for the dresses. Never will i recommend anyone to go there. Not even my worst enemy! Lana and your staff really need some customer service course.

I got married May 19,2013 I could not find anything for my bridesmaids so I went online and I check out Doris fashion. It was the most wonderful experience I've ever had, when I got there I met this women named Lana she was very helpful and honest. I told her that I needed (7) dresses that was going to look good on big girls as well as small girls we went through the book, she showed me a sample of the dress and the prices were very reasonable. There are times that it would get really busy especially during prom season and as a bride we tend to get impatient, other then that when my girls tried on there dresses they looked beautiful. and yes I would recommend them again.

Wall-to-wall dresses with just about any style you can imagine. Lana and her staff are very friendly and definitely accommodating!

They're closed Sundays and I went for a measuring on a Saturday around 4pm, definitely a good time to go, because even though it was their "down time," I still had to wait a little bit.

If you want horrible service and want to be treated secondary to everyone else. You have chosen the right location. The owner Lana is very rude and should not be in business. She can careless about how her service to the shop. She had my bridesmaids dresses since the beginning of June and we attempted to schedule fittings with her. She told me that she was busy with prom season and for me to schedule my appointment for the end of June. When I finally got there my maid of honors dresses were the wrong color. My wedding was just 4 weeks away. She had to custom make my maid of honors dresses and they were very sloppy. stitching loose on the side and the bust area. She then charged for hemming after she said she would not charge alterations for the mess up. This was yesterday,3 days before my wedding.

The first day I came in to look for my dream wedding gown, I felt like Lana and Maria were so welcome they gave me honest opinions and didn't pressure me into buying the very first day I walked in. They gave me homework and sent me home with a few company names to search for the rite style for me. When I found the perfect one we ordered it and got it in within a few weeks, I had never tried it on but once they got it in they called me rite away. It was big on the top and I needed a hem. The Seamstresses saved my dress!! Not only did they beat every price I saw for My Mary's bridal gown but they Altered it just PEREFECT! Most bridal stores yell at you if you wanted to take a picture but Lana took one for me. They insisted I came back after the wedding too bring pictures and they displayed them on the showcase. This was one experience I wouldn't forget ! Made me marrying the love of my life just that more special.
