awful experience. avoid this dry cleaners at all costs. i specifically stated 3 times the stain i needed to be removed and it was marked. when my shirt was delivered they sent my $1200 chanel shirt to the wrong apartment. when i told the dry cleaners my concern after i finally received the shirt they didn't care at all and said they can try again but they may damage the shirt. they refused to refund my money and they told me to write a nasty review for them. so i am! save yourself the aggravation and use one of the 10 other dry cleaners within a 2 block radius.
