This is a great place to have your hair done! They are chemical -free and promote a healthy lifestyle inside and out. Sheena is a great stylist and she does her best work every time you go. Great shop in the central NJ area.

I have been coming to Doobies for 16 years and I'm always satisfied with the outcomes with my hair. I have watched the shop grow as well as the shop has helped and watch me and my family grow. So I want to say congratulations on the first 16 years and for 16 more to come. Much blessings to Doobies keep doing what ur doing keep blossoming because ur flowers of love will never die.

Never disappointed . I have been going to SheKnow since I transitioned back to my natural state. Between the knowledge I gain from her on how to treat my hair to the end result I always walk out a happy natural.

Sheknow's been taking care of my hair sence she had The original Doobies Plaits &Twists. I've been to other shops and have always come back to Sheknow's.Her daughter Minah is does a superb job in cleaning my hair.She's top notch.Even the hair cleaning is massaging. Sheknow is well knowledge in the care n maintaining of Hair n Scalp,natural hair.I have abused my locks so many times n she always bring them back to life. When she says natural she means natural. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I have been suffering from hair loss since 2008 as a result of chemo. I was looking for someone to cut the rest of my hair very close to my head. I went into two other doobie shops within a block of this shop and they said they don't cut short hair. I decided to go into this doobie shop and Sheknow said "give 3 months and let me try these natural products I use. Well it has only been 1 month and I have noticeable results. Sheknow is very knowledgeable on the anatomy and physiology of the scalp. She did a consult which consisted of checking the follicles and my follicles were alive. I am using drops in my hair daily and massaging it into my scalp. Sheknow also told me to eat kale (I mix it into my salad-raw) and sesame seeds (RAW). I toast them and eat a tablespoon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.
