I agree...though the wait time is frequently long, I am going back to Dr Perlman. We moved and I tried other doctors, but my gut has always told me to go back to him, and so we are!!!

For those who posted about the wait time, my children and I have been seeing Dr. Perlman for 20+ years and there has always been a wait to see him. He comes highly recommended and people travel from different states to see him. His attention to caring for his patients is why the wait time is so long; everyone loves him and flocks to see him. When he says you can call him anytime because he doesn't want you to suffer, he means just that. Wonderful DOCTOR

Experienced, attentive, caring, and willing and able to explain. We wish our kids did not need his services but we are thankful to receive them.

Very dissappointed! He is awfully rude, the wait there is over 2 hours. When we couldn't wait any longer after asking the front desk "how much longer because my daughter had to go pick up a child from school" they kept telling us if we didn't like it, to just LEAVE and go someplace else! Who on earth who is a doctor tells their patients to leave???? I will never, ever recommend this doctor to anyone!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Perlman for 2-3 years now and every single time I have gone, I have waited 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room alone. While he claims that he takes his time with each patient, as I can see that he used to, he definitely does not schedule his patients properly and waiting can be exhausting as well as time-consuming when people have other things to do.
Not only was I having problems with that, but after getting frustrated with waiting so long and needing to head to work, Perlman told his secretary to tell ME to find a new doctor and he did not fill the medication I need so badly for my acid reflux.
EXCUSE ME???
You are going to tell ME to see a new doctor and then not fill my prescription????
What kind of customer service is that? And he DID NOT even have the curiosity to call me or speak to me while I was there.
I worked for a dentist office for three years and if we were late by 5 minutes the patients were upset and we saw them right away. The customer is ALWAYS right.
How dare you call yourself a professional when you do not even have the decency to fill a prescription for a health reason.

He is a jerk. Do not go see him. Keep your kidsaway.
