If I could give them zero stars , I would. The woman on the phone is rude and doesn't give a crap about anything. I called as a concerned parent about my son being in the cold (my son is 2 years old) . I explained that I was told different times and I wanted a specific answer. Not only did she not care but she was very rude. She probably does this because she knows nothing will happen to her job or her as a pathetic individual. I find it funny how she can be rude about the same child paying her rent and bills. I do hope that someone helps get that stick out her ass. These are babies you are dealing with. No need to be rude.

Great peole and staff. When i go there they come to meet me and wants to help. I had never had any issue and will continue working with Don Thomas bus coming.

The worst bus company for your child please be aware parents. The staff at the office alone are very unprofessional, they say one thing one day and the next day they are clueless. They never take accountability for there actions. If you call for something you are barely given time to utter your words before they either hang up or are transferring you. The buses are never on time!
