After the "High Line", great place to have lunch. The onion soup and pizzas are superb!!!

When it comes to the competitive world of pizza in NYC, many are coveting the title of best pizza. Don Giovanni is an institution like some other notables in Brooklyn, Greenwich and SoHo.
I prefer Don over the one that always has a never ending line like Shake Shack or mobs of camera tooting tourists waiting because it was in their tour guide. Here I eat with other locals with no line or fuss. Here I can just enjoy the pizza. Don makes a solid pie and fresh ingredients and casual service. They have pasta and salads but I've never had that because if go to Don it is for pizza.

The pizza its okay, good taste, but no refill drinks and the lemonade tasted like whater, no flavor, and the lasagna came cold from the inside. Bad quality and expensive.

Amazing Manicotti in meat sauce, house - made tiramisu, wonderful service! A spot we will frequent! Portions large!

Ate here as a group of six. 4 adults and 2 kids. When voted we came to 3.5 stars. Kids did not like the flies. Food okay. Simple unfussy place.
