Domino's Pizza

Perfect service. Delivery to our hotel room took maybe less than 30 minutes (it was late night around 11:00PM, but still under 30 minutes is very good). The food we ordered was hot and fresh.

Hour delivery to Home2 on a Wednesday night? Unacceptable.

The customer service in this store is horrific. I ordered online & received a confirmation email telling me my food would be delivered within 12-22 minutes. An hour and a half later, my food was not delivered. After calling repeatedly, I drove over to the store where I saw two employees chatting it up while a line of people waited and the phone rang off the hook. When the cashier finally got to me, I requested my money back, as my food was not available. After arguing with me that she tried to call people to let them know that their food would be late, the cashier finally agreed to refund my money. However I would have to wait 2-3 days for a refund. When I complained that it took them only 2 minutes to take my money, the cashier cold heartedly pointed to the sign on the wall with the corporate phone number, telling me that they don't control the delivery time the website gives and if I have a problem, I should take it up with corporate. Apparently while she was also the manager, she was not capable of solving the problem or offering any type of compensation. I am utterly disgusted.

This pizza, just like all Dominos Pizza, tastes just like the cardboard box they delivered in. If you like cardboard and ketchup, you'll enjoy this.
