Domino's Pizza

Customer service was terrible over the phone . Other than that pizzas good

This is the worst dominos I have ever encountered. I ordered my pizza at 11:06pm and it never came. the assholes just decided to NOT deliver my food.

The service was horrible..I called about 6 times to make an order but every time i call, someone tells me to hold on and never came back on the phone to continue my order . On the 6th call, they finally answered the phone to take my order. Unbelievable....:(

I used to work for Mike Khan years ago, and I am shocked and appalled at the service that i have gotten the last few times I've ordered from Central Ave. Riding from Bloomfield ave is heaven and unfortunately, I moved near this Hell hole. Years ago, the owner would NEVER allow such poor customer service in any of his establishments. I tried carryout,I was disgusted. I ordered on the phone,was told to pick it in ten minutes. I live 2 blocks away, so I got there in ten, only to have the rude lady tell me it wasn't ready. I waited 20 mins before I inquired about my pizzas, and that was after she gave a guy a pizza who walked in an ordered after me.I ultimately left and got Wendy's..then I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so I ordered online for delivery.. I watched the tracker,it said the person left to deliver the pie at 3:06.but at 3:36,I was still waiting. I cancelled that order,and since I now live near the central. I guess no more dominoes for my family and I.

I'm a poor college student and boyfriend wanted to buy me a pizza (he lives in another state). They won't deliver unless the credit card matches the id..I went to bed hungry.. :(
