Domino's Pizza

I ordered 5 pizzas and waited 2 hours for them the driver was rude on the phone. He never showed up. I called the store they said they would send him back and he never showed up again. After which I decided to take my business elsewhere. This store has poor customer service and no respect.

One great thing I can say about Domino's on 3rd ave is that they made improvement in their delivery, whereas, before the delivery person used to be scared to come upstairs.
I can relate to these fears.
I myself used to work as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut, but anyway that's besides the point.
I used to have to go downstairs to get my order. Now for the last three orders, person comes upstairs.
My food has been be hot as if it just came out of the oven in my hallway or something. LOL. Yummmmmmmy. So good!
Let me explain something to you:
The melted cheeses with a layer of spinach hidden inside the baked roll of eight sliced, crispy, dip in ranch, or blue cheese sauce......
Yuuuuuummmmmmmyyyyyyy.

I'm out! that's all I had to say! lol

First off the they are rude
2nd the food at this dominos is horrible
I have ordered from dominos before at other locations but this one is by far the worst.
This place needs a over haul of personnel.

I've ordered from domino's for years and not once have I had any problems
Been a few times I had to go down because the delivery guy won't go up, find it very inconvenient because I'll have my little cousins or baby niece over,and I can't leave them a lone
Aside from that,everything else is great,I've read other reviews,many bad,and I find it amazing how I never had a problem,but they do lol
Many people complain how the order comes late,but they need to remember other people order as well and sometimes theirs a lot to deliver and only 1 or 2 guys, they're so impatient

This place sucks!!!!!. They take entirely too long to get to you then they leave when you don't get to them fast enough. Then tell you since your pizza is cold you have to wait an additional 30 to 40 mins before they can bring you another one. The pizza cheese is never melted all the way and one time my pizza came with a nice long hair in it and they wouldn't even bring me another one because it was near closing time. Then wouldn't give me my money back and only offered a "complimentary" pie when I order again. Yet is it still considered complimentary if I never got my money back for the 1st one? I think not. Their customer service sucks and you can barely understand them with their heavy accents. I'd say save your money and go to an actual pizza shop with real pizza and honest and sincere customer appreciation. Stearns clear of this place!!!!
