Domino's Pizza

Terrible customer service.

I called to place an order for delivery and the guy who took my order was abrupt, rude and seemed like he didnt give a crap in getting the order right. He hung up after I questioned the amount total and when i called back he rejected the call twice. The third time i called he blamed me of hanging up on him. He had an attituted and was very disrespectful. Having worked in fastfood companies myself I know how customers should be treated and this is not the way. I hope this review is read but by all the other reviews ive seen for this particular location, it seems no action have been taken yet. Its sad because Dominos used to be great.

I went to this particular store since it is fairly close to me, and I regularly buy pizza from here aside from Pizza Hut. I remember I came into the store to find a woman who is making the Pizza with no gloves, and I already gave my order, so I had to tell the cashier that this was disgusting and very disturbing to see because I eat pizza from here normally and who knows what the woman had done before she went and started and to find this, that is not normal. Then he claims that its not their policy to wear gloves, Which makes no sense at all because every other buisness I know like Subway, Costco, etc. They wear gloves and I tell him that but he keeps arguing until he admits that and cancels the order. I never came to Dominoes ever since this happened.

So warning to all the people that order from here, They Don't wear gloves so who knows what they do before they make Pizzas!!

Place my order online , always on time, and after all it is dominos, don't expect some Italian pizza if you order dominos...so I am not complaining

I have made several online orders and each time there is always a mistake. When I called the manager was rude and pretty much made it seem as if i caused the problem. Sorry that you and your employees cant seem to read english and understand that the customer is always right. Also when the order is incorrect the manager told me he wil resend my order but I have to take care of his driver. Hello moron but if you got my order correct you would not have to resend the driver. With it being your mistake you take care of your driver.

Thank god I ordered online by reading the other comments but besides ordering online when my husband and I went to go pick up our order which was with extra toppings.. A) the staff was extremely rude B) instead of the extra toppings I ordered there were barely any toppings and most of the slices that should've had the extra toppings had no toppings at all! Never coming back here again!
