THE WORST LOCATION TO ORDER FROM. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THE MT VERNON LOCATION. I ordered online at 6:54pm. At 9:30pm I STILL did not have my food. I tried calling the store, where I was put on hold then hung up on several times. When I finally got through, I asked for a manager. I expressed my disgust and asked for a refund. He did not apologize or try to rectify anything. I told him that I will be filing a complaint and he says "ok". Who does the hiring at this location. I'm never eating there again.Papa John and Lil Cesar's is around the corner!!!

I usually get better service when I order pizza from Domino's. Delicious pizza and expedient service. However, tonight I ordered from the store at 73 Gramatan Ave in Mount Vernon NY, I was so disappointed. I used the pizza tracker and my order had left the store over 40 minutes and when I called, James the manager, was extremely unprofessional and RUDE!!!! Zero customer service... I like Domino's pizza and their other foods, but now they're a last resort. I'll hit the pizza shop down the street. Thanks to James the "manager"....

If only I had a car to hit Lil Caesars at 241st. (Or felt like walking). Pizza is "eh". About a 2/5. Boneless wings are OK. I mean, if you are in desperate need of food and there are no other restaurants that deliver or take credit card via phone, go for it. High prices, tax, and a delivery fee, then they expect you to tip the driver.

Lol. C'mon. Hate this place, nonetheless. I order out of desperation.

Unprofessional customer service, declined my payment twice , didn't even ask if I wanted to pick up my order smh , and gave a false name of a coworker n when I called back for assistance to make a payment she wasn't there and the girl who answered hung up on me. Unprofessional Unprofessional Unprofessional ,. Really upset yes.
