Domino's Pizza

Although previous orders were correct this time my order spent 20 minutes in quality check and still was delivered missing my marinarra sauce. I just ordered again ans this time they forgot to put the mango habernaro sauce on my sandwich, their quality control is not working

Oh my god!
1.5 hours to deliver one pizza 8 blocks away.
Pizza was frozen by the time I got it.
Manager was rude, phone operator even worse.
If kitchen is backed then just let me know don't keep trying to buy time.
Oh and their website tracker is wrong!!! It said everything was delivered 40 min before actual delivery. Defeats the purpose of having a tracker

I wish I hadn't ordered from this store. Customer service is so poor that it's disappointing that Dominos has given their franchise to this store. This store is run by teenagers who doesn't have basic manners to talk. Whatever questions you have about the order, they will reply with arrogance "I don't know". I placed my order and half an hour later I got an email that your order is ready to pick up. When I went to the store, they didn't even have my order. Now I understand mistakes happen but they need to be courteous enough to at least let me know how are they gonna fix it since I was charged for the order. Instead no on was listening to me. I waited for an hour because they kept saying it's almost done. When I asked them I need an explanation for this, this girl working there literally said to me - "are you talking to me? I'm not talking to you". Like really?! Dominos - if this is how you want to portray your image, good for you since you're definitely losing customers. Not only me but other customers with us were pretty unhappy the way they were handling the store. In short, I suggest not to waste your time and order from this place and save yourself from the frustration.
Poor customer service, mannerless staff, irresponsible manager, and tasteless food.

The orders are always wrong, I can never get through to the store. I tried to order online today and it's telling me the estimated time of delivery was 97 minutes! I tried to call th store to confirm, the phone just rings. Call back, disconnected and states the wrong number. All I want is vegetarian pizza. I order triple mushrooms and spinach and get four pieces of spinach and eight mushrooms! I'm so done with this dominos. I'm still on the phone trying to confirm if my food is really gonna take this long.

I am a semi truck driver and I can't drive my truck to most places and time is very important in my work of line. So I was a little bit hesitant to order pizza from here thinking it will take 2 hours for them to delivery. I ordered at 3pm and the got a call from driver at 3:22pm!!!! I couldn't believe it. I ordered a large pizza and hot wings..yum!!
The Indian guy was very polite and wayyy before 35mins of what I was told. I gave him a big tip and the pizza was really good too. I'm from Chicago so I know my pizza :)

Ps: to the Chinese place who refused to deliver my order, you lost a $15 tip for a 0.7mile drive.
