Domino's Pizza

This place should be shut down. If it were located in Manhattan or Long Island, it wouldn't last five minutes. There isn't one time that I have ordered and received my food within an hour. I waited two hours for two medium pizzas. I called after an hour and a half to check on my order and was told that the driver was "on his way". I waited before another 45 minutes before he called and said that he was outside. I went outside and waited about 15 minutes. He wasn't there. I returned indoors to hear him leaving a message on my voice mail about him having been outside and I supposedly wasn't there, so he delivered another order in the meantime. I called him right back and told him that I was outside when he said he was outside and he wasn't there! So he changed tactics and said that he was "right across the street" and that I should stay where I was. I said that I would return outside right away. I did so and waited another ten minutes in the cold without a coat, before going back in for good. I called to speak to a manager and waited at least five minutes before the same chirpy girl who answered the first time, came back on and acted as though she had not spoken to me before. I realized that she had either never said anything to the manager or that the manager did not want to pick up the phone. I hung up and ordered from Papa John's-Domino's loss and my gain. My food came within 40 minutes and it is better quality all round. You pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. I will never order from Dominos again. It's been years of their crap-drivers stealing tips from kids by telling them that they don't have change, etc., food paid for and never delivered, the list goes on. Complaints to Corporate do nothing to improve the service. If you're lucky, you may get an email informing you that they have reached out to the franchise and are awaiting a response. Whoever owns this place doesn't give a damn about the people in the area and openly shows it. One look at the reviews on here tells the story. Everyone (except for a few employees, paid fraudulent reviewers, lunatics, drug addicts, alcoholics and flat out liars) can't be wrong.

experience was good.....but the food was terrible.....pizza was not sliced properly it was wet with cheese and stuck to top of box, really mushy and when I opened the box pizza looked as if someone sat on it.... the parmesan bites was burnt where you could taste the burnt, they were dried out and well done almost crunchy and really dark....I knew the difference because I order previously from the rockaway store and theirs was great. it seemed to ne that it was ordered already and someone changed their mind and I got them....this was my first and last time ordering from that store....money wasted.....

Wow! I can't believe I just ordered from Domino's. I ate my dinner before I received the pizza. That's how much I don't like it. From the moment I opened the box, I noticed the difference. I just had to taste it. This is the best pizza ever! The crust melted in my mouth and I actually tasted the cheese. Keep it up!!! I'll be ordering from you again soon! :0

I made an order online and received my confirmation (that went well), store call 4:11pm and left message that order will be cancel due to hand toss not available. Called back ASAP 4:13pm and took a few minutes for someone to come online, when the female worker did and I told her reason for calling, she said no hand made, ask for the regular crust, she said ok, I asked her if she needed my name to confirm, she said she knew who I was. I waited 1.5hrs, no pizza despite the Domino pizza tracker stated pizza was completed and out for delivery. I called facility again, a male answered and stated that order was canceled. I told him that a female who answered stated that she updated the order. He said is was cancel. Female denied telling me the above and stated that I canceled the order. Sorry I failed to get the names of who I spoke with. My experience at this location is never favorable, not sure why I made attempt again today. Doing this review is also a waste because no one reads these and do anything about it. I will spread the word about this location is to be avoided.

1 star is not low enough to describe the lack of professionalism and rudeness that the employees display at this Domino's Pizza location. I placed an order at 9:16 p.m. for 4 large pies (this is not an extravagant order), At 11 pm I called and spoke to 2 different people the first employee was rude and left me on hold for 30 minutes. After I called back and asked to speak to the manager Whitney explained that the driver Lamont took my pizza to the wrong address and she will have a new pizza delivered. As I was speaking to Whitney the driver calls to ask if I still want my pizza (literally stated "you still want this pizza" no hello). I stated yes, and the Manager said the pizza will be there in 15 minutes. At 1 a.m. I called back and spoke to Quincy who claimed to be a manager as well, was very unprofessional, and refused to give me his name ( I had to ask another employee for his name) stated that the pizza is "on its way ." At 1:30 am the pizza's were still not here. The fact that it takes over 4 hours to have a pizza delivered was terrible. Then to add insult to injury, the fact that the management staff displayed the professionalism of a pack of subway rodents made dealing with this location utterly horrible. I will not stop reviewing this location on every social media site until I contact the franchise owner. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS LOCATION.
