They are terrible. I figured out I have to order light sauce just to ensure they put the normal amount of cheese on the pizza. I was pretty pissed off the first time when I got a pizza that was mostly sauce and bread. WTF? I would have demanded a refund if I hadnt been so hungry.

Online tracker provided a 52-62 minute delivery window; delivery arrived cold after 108 minutes, having been in the driver's vehicle for ~90 minutes.
Offered replacement order after several attempts to contact the manager but could not get order sent out for 2 hours. Was offered a replacement order the following day and given a delivery window of 60 minutes. Upon calling after 75 minutes, was informed that delivery window is currently about 90 minutes. Asked to speak to manager again for refund.
Not worth the time or aggravation. Find any other pizza shop in your area and I can guarantee that your order will arrive before Dominos.

save your $ and sanity!!!
i placed my order online at 8:36pm, my order was delivered at 10:20pm.
not only did it take almost 2 hours for my food to get here.........the order was mixed up. when i called to complain, they said "we didnt have what you ordered, so we made and sent you that instead". WTH!!!!! so now you decide what i should eat??!! when i asked why they didnt call to inform me, so that we may adjust our order, they replied "we're very busy, we dont have time to make calls". when i wanted to discuss re-delivery or refund, they pretended that the phone was acting up, so called back, but they wouldnt answer. when i called again a few times after that the phone was disconnected.

My food was cold it took 2 hours to come and the order was not right and they couldnt bring me wah my right order was which i find it ridiculous. now im stuck with a wrong order and how u confuse specialty chicken with plain chicken wings ughhh!!!!!

Apparently they have this new 'policy' where the DELIVERY doesn't DELIVER. Take for instance, my case. I ordered $25 worth of food, to have the deliveryman in the car call me and tell me he refuses to come inside the apartment building which has a doorman. And that I must come outside to retrieve my food. When I called the store itself, they said it was a new policy. If this is a policy, then it must be STATED ON THE WEBSITE.
Also, they said it would take 5 to 10 business days for my refund. Now I'm hungry and angry. This is absurd. Dominos get it together and get competent people working. This is how you lose business.
