Domino's Pizza

I am going to agree with what appears to be universal opinion about this store in saying that they are a horrible mismanaged store. I think my biggest issue with them is that years after the price of gas became stable they still that fraudulent delivery fee that many businesses were charging in 2008 for no reason because it does not go to the drivers anyway.

The store closes earlier than any other Dominos in the surrounding area including Jersey City and Staten Island which all stay open up to 3am on the weekends. Meanwhile, this Dominos closes the lobby at 10pm but delivers til midnight which eliminates the consumer being able to take advantage of any carry out specials but getting popped full price for the same items.

The food items such as pastas are small in portions compared to every other Dominos I have ever been to in NY and NJ. The toppings, barely any on these pizzas. I believe the only reason people order from here is because the online ordering forces it on you. I have tried to order from Jersey City and they are not allowed to come out here due to franchise rules.

Horrible store, aweful people that work there, who are very rude and dont care about customers at all. Called to complain about my order of specialty chicken and was laughed at several times, and was told to go ahead and try him when I said I would complain to corporate. Below is pasted the complaint I sent to Dominoes corporate, hopefully I will be hearing from them soon to get the matter resolved. I purchased $18.18 worth of food today using a Dominoe's coupon ($14.99 for 2 medium pizzas and order of Specialty chicken) that was distributed in the neighborhood. I was told that on top of the $14.99+tax, that there was a mandatory $2 delivery charge. My complaint call to the store was initially about the Specialty chicken which when I ordered it, was supposed to come with bacon and tomatoes, the assc. who took my order did not mention it coming with cheese and cheese sauce. If you look at the attached picture, it came with more burnt cheese than salted chicken, which leads me to my next complaint about the chicken. It is excessively salty and just not edible at all. My complaint to the store was not taken seriously, and I was being laughed at by the male assc who said he would do nothing to make my grief right. I was hung up on, joked on, and calling the manager, Mena, did nothing to solve the issue, I said I would call corporate, and he said "go ahead, try me!" I extremely unhappy, shocked, and disappointed. Dominoes guarantee: "Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money." - To which they refused to comply, despite almost 10 calls, which the store workers continuously hung up on me.

By far the worst management I have ever witnessed in my entire exitance they put a shame to the name of dominoes they need to do better with their customer feedback sadly I will never order from them again. I don't even know why they allow this dominoes branch to operate.

Lady shut the phone on our face disrespectful very bad pizza

I've been ordering from this place for almost a year, from time to time. I'd like to say that apparently nobody cares about the reviews their place get. The customer service is horrible, when someone is talking to you on the phone I feel like they are falling asleep, always with an attitude. The quaility of pizza used to be much better, now they are serving a whatever type of pizza, bc their sauce is mixed with lots of water and it give to the sauce very sour taste. I used to be in love with the Dominos, but now for sure I won't order again.
