Domino's Pizza

Worst I ordered pizza at 8pm used my card and they never delivered my pizza but took my money off my card ... So I called all night and no one would answer the phone ... So I called my bank in the morning and they gonna give me my money back worst part is the lady I talked to on the phone worked at dominos and told me they suppose to answer the phone how y'all don't have a manager their into 7pm .... Worst place ever I will never order from them I will get them shut down ! I'm going to work on that !

This is the worst Dominos I've ever had to deal with. After an hr and 20 mins waiting for my pizza, I called to see what the hold up was and they allegedly called me to verify my credit card and the call supposedly went straight to voicemail but they managed to charge my card for the order. I will never order from there again. They are a bunch of idiots.

Worst place ever! Stay away! The have horrible customer service & the staff is a bunch of inattentive imbeciles! I placed my order at 6pm and the food was ready by 6:15pm (that's the only reason they're getting one star). But when I got to the place there was a line almost out of the door due to the staff's lack of skills to simply locate food and charge patrons for what they ordered. Seems like a simple tasks but I guess not to them. I waited in line over 30 minutes before I even reached the front of the line (4 others were in front of me). I told the staff my phone number 3 times and she told me that the order was cancelled (mind you I ordered a little over 30 minutes ago). After 10 minutes she found my order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

I missed a call from the store because I didn't realize that it was the store calling. No message was left either time, and when I called back I NEVER got through to the store, and thus my order was cancelled. I called SEVERAL times from different phones and just couldn't get through to the store. That's just horrible customer service. I had to place a separate order and have them call me and they had the audacity to claim they called 3 or 4 times, when they only called TWICE. And they weren't even calling for any issue! Any time I've paid with a card online, I've never had to be called to verify that. It's just silly to call for that and then cancel my order after calling me only twice.

I could taste that the cheese was sour. The pepperoni tasted musty. And the dough was flat. Mohammad was nice and the pizza was ready in 15-20 minutes for pickup but other than that i will not go back to this Dominoes. It was this location that made my stop eating Dominoes as it has been almost two years. But i figured it was just recently re-opened i would try it again. Big mistake
