Domino's Pizza

Only because the manager Jose was very professional at moment when one of his employees give me a bad service due he make me wait for 2 hours, Jose Again Thank you...
The rest of the History is I love the pizza....

I ordered a pizza and two pasta bowls online and paid with a credt card it arrived two and a half hours later and one of the pastas was half eaten DISGUSTING i have disputed the charge on my card and will never order from this dominos again

They are very bad, I wished corporate would change all employees and replace them with people that care about people's orders and really try on specify orders. If i ask for light sauce on a pizza i want it light! Not normal not extra. because this dominos store does NOT taste nothing like dominos! Frustrating knowing this is the only dominos covering my area. I'm just being real because i know nobody would want to spend $20+ out of their paycheck on a weekend day, for a poor order that you felt your money could of been better somewhere else.

I'm forced to give them one star because there isn't a no star option, that's what they truly deserve. I placed an order online at 8:11pm-it was "quality checked' on the online tracker at 8:44pm. 10:20pm and still no sign of my order-still not out for delivery. Called the store-waited 8min to speak with someone. A guy answers I explain the situation and he immediately knows my address and forwards me to the manager. The manager Jasmine answers the phone 'Hey wassup, you're talking to the manager.' She proceeds to tell me that they are extremely busy and understaffed and therefore my order was 'lost' so they would need to remake it and send it out again. Throughout this entire conversation you can hear the employees in the back cracking up. Extremely unprofessional location. Awful service, zero professionalism, no understanding of customer service and its importance. Will never order from here again. Clearly it's a bunch of high school kids running the place.

I ordered 6 items from this dominoes store, while having to wait more than an hour for the delivery. When It finally came there were missing items from my order that they charged me for it from my card. When I try calling the store manager. She hung up on me 3 times on purpose and was pretty rude. Never ordering from this store again and if I do I'll never pay in advance with a card. And make sure everything is ordered it is there, otherwise the delivery guy will have to return back to the store with the order.
