Domino's Pizza

This is absolutely the worst Dominoes I have ever encountered. The staff is forgetful, slow to understand and deliver. I waited over 2 HOURS for my order to arrive messed up and to a manager with a nasty attitude when I called to check the status of my order. Please NEVER order from here if you value your time, money and hunger.

Please please please don't ignore the reviews. This place is awful. Just waited *literally* 3 hours for a cold pizza and an order that was missing items. If I wasn't afraid the delivery guy would get docked I would have refused to pay. This Dominos should be shut down.

This is crazy! I ordered 1 large pizza online @1:56am. The store closes at 2am but the online interface said, "Don't worry! As long as you order before 2am, they will still deliver". So I ordered and the confirmation page came up with the dominos tracker on it. It said my pizza was being made. 1 minute later, the page refreshed and it said, "Mmm, it's there! We hope your enjoying your meal". I didn't think anything of it. I thought maybe they're expediting the process of tracking so they can start shutting down for closing, but still make my pizza. An hour went by and no pizza arrived. I began to call and no answer. I won't be getting my pizza tonight. and the fact that the tracker says they already delivered it means I won't get it when they open either. My guess is someone wanted to get out so fast that they just clicked my order away smh. And I'm at work extremely hungry too. Talk about a horrible experience.

Waited over 2.5 hours for my order. Estimated wait time was 20 minutes. Called three times after the first hour and a half. First time, "the guy just left with it." Second time, "the delivery guy's car broke down." Third time, "they tried to call you." When I stated that I had received no phone calls and asked why no one knocked on my door, the reply was "curbside delivery only."

Requested a refund. Will definitely double check to make sure they process it. This was ridiculous.

Well Today is october 15th at 8:43 I made an order for a large pizza and cheesy bread im pregnate for the just to tell us they never got the order very rude.staff! Went back an forth with me this is.absurd Need new staff asap!
