Thieves. It's impossible to cancel your membership oven after you've been with them for more than a year. Don't use your credit card with them pay cash only.

I give it a one my daughter got sick send letters to her department to to cut the contract and they keep sending her paper until the limit that her new bill is 1000 dollars that is outrages

A bunch of thieves, I canceled my membership months ago and they send me letter with outstanding charges. I went and followed all of their process for canceling your membership. Last time I called them they hung up the phone on me. Their business is failing, so they tried to get money from members that canceled their membership. I will report them in to the Better Business Bureau. They have no respect for their members, they tried to threaten me with collection agency. If you need a gym, there are plentiful in that area.
