Dollar Rent a Car

the people i dealt with were nice like rena and james...very helpful in taking care of me....whats no good is the lack of cars that they have there....every time i rent a car, i always wind up getting something i dont want... the policy of you can only rent a full size suv sucks, i want to rent one because its comfortable for my family but you have to have a plane ticket and show you got off a flight to be able to rent a full size suv. you guys need more selections of cars at this location
you only got 3 stars of its ok because of the people working there not because your policies and or car selection.

Can I give zero stars? They were expedient in taking my money. But when it comes to delivering the car they stonewall you. People are waiting for 40 minutes and another for an hour. They say "there's two guys but I have no idea what they are doing. They will bring the car when they do." Lazy staff. I wish I had checked reviews before parking with these thieves.

This location wasn't the best. Newark was pretty good. LGA however gave me a car with no Monet on ezpass and I just went through a process of retrieving lost keys. The car was pretty good for the price and the return process was easy. I suggest dog or checking prior to leaving so you don't forget anything and be prepared to wait a bit when going to rent at LGA.

Customers are nothing but annoying objects they treat like crap !! Not one associate behind counter ever smiled !! They all act like they hate life & hate their jobs !! Hey management u might want retrain ur staff on Hospitality !

This is the absolute worst company I have ever come across in my life! I'm too exhausted to write the entire story but you can find my review on Yelp as well. TOTAL scammers, horrific , smug and obnoxious customer service . Do NOT rent a car from this company!!! You will regret it..I will say that the shuttle driver was great though.
