Dollar Rent a Car

Loved their services, the receptionist was very pleasant and polite when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Their cars are well maintained and are very reasonable in their rental prices. Will be renting from them again and will recommend it to family and friends that need a quick rental for a couple of days or even a week!

I would consider this location and rental company the WORST customer service and the WORST consumer experience I have ever had. I would not recommend anyone use this company, unless of course you like to waste your time.

THIS LOCATION IS BS! THEY NOT ONLY GAVE ME A RUN DOWN SCRAP OF METAL WITH WHEELS THEY DEDUCTED MONEY THAT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN AND LIED ABOUT HOW MUCH GAS THERE WAS PLUS THE TRANSMISSION WAS DYING. THIS DOESNT DESERVE ONE STAR AS PER THE SO CALLED MANAGER OR WHO EVER THE HELL THAT IS AT THE FRONT IN THAT SHACK OF AN OFFICE HES A LYING SACK OF S**T. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY SAY IT IS, ITS NOT!

Worst experience of my life. lured in with promise of cheap full size SUV. Called three days prior to make sure they would have the car. Was rushed off the phone saying they had the car and I should get over it. Got a phone call day of saying they didn't have the car and I would be "taking a minivan instead". Got very angry, but didn't use profanity. Alex M, the manager, threatened to call the police and file harassment charges against me if I did anything about it. I'm contacting the better business bureau of NJ, as well as corporate office, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

Horrible service, rented there a car front them over a month, they pulled money out of my account without letting me know, than continued to do it after the rental was returned. one week they attempted to pull the money without letting me know over withdrew my account and than called my place of business, co worker and cell phone. than when asked to speak to management i received a call from the owner who was so nasty who said i don't care just return it idc how much u spent. never in my life have i had such horrible customer service after spending over 1500 .. on a small Nissan versa. i would never ever rent from here again.
