Bad service, Sneaky. Can't trust them. Would definitely never come to this place again.

Ive gone there a few times. I like the service. Very nice staff that ive met. They were all women and they are helpful as well. I would recommend this location. Its convenient for me since i work close by.

I'm taking off 2 stars for the state of the car: I would have appreciated a (functioning) remote lock / unlock key fob, but worse was the interior of the car, in due neglect of cleaning. Crumbs and some sticky liquid residue all over the middle panels / cup holders. Interior windshield was streaky, causing glare of oncoming headlights in the evening. I guess partially my fault for not noticing / checking at pick -up (cars are in a parking garage, so not much light).
On the plus side, and in contrast to Avis at this location, there is an out-of-hours / key drop option that makes returns fast and easy (note: place the garage parking ticket on the dash board to avoid a $25 fee). Staff was friendly and there was essentially no queue at pick -up (Saturday am). You'll find the Dollar rental counter in the parking garage, not in the mall.

The staff is great. Really nice and helpful. The old reviews are not accurate anymore!

Clean cars, staff is helpful, and best part is key drop.

Policies are not that good after they started following Hertz policies and timings.
