Lapin and I were in the area and stopped in to have a gander at their merchandise. The outside of this store says "Dollar Deals" but the receipt says HJ Fulton Trading INC. It has the same quality and pricing as your average 99cents store. The lines can be long and bit confusing because there is no order.
