Dollar 99 Organic Cleaners

There are the worst dry cleaners ever , I mean I understand it's 1.99 to dry clean , but the whole point is to clean which is not what they do. They are rude and terrible with customer service. They will not last long as a business. I've called them several times and they never pick up. The staff is a joke, and I feel like they run customers out of there. Funny thing is you have to pay first. Please don't go to this dry cleaner I'm doing you a favor. My peacoat was dirty before and after I turned it in.

Do NOT go to this cleaners. I dropped off one sweater and one coat. When I went to pick up the two items I was only given one item and told to have a nice day. I then said to the attendant but I dropped off two items. She said come back in a few days which I refused and said I would wait for her to look for the item. Turns out they lost my new sweater and when I stated I wanted to reimbursed for the item they asked if I had a receipt from 5 months ago. When I went to get the check they only were willing to give me $38 when I paid double for the sweater. I then told the attendant I wasn't going to accept the check and I wanted to speak the manager. The nasty attendance then walked off sucking her teeth. STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. It obvious they are not very PROFESSIONAL.

Horrible, would not recommend. Very disorganized and just overall bad service all together. The shirts are wrinkled up by the time you pick them up. They tend to loose your clothes very often, so be wary of what you are giving them. Horrible at removing stains, home wash with stain remover is better off. Well it is $1.99....you get what you pay. Better off sticking with the expensive dry cleaner store at corner of your street.

I dropped off 2 pants and 2 shirts Saturday 10AM, was told after 6PM monday pickup. 6:30 monday, my clothing was not ready. I was told "they just need to be pressed". My 70 dollar shirt was pressed dirty, sealing in the stains I needed removed to begin with. when i got the clothes back, the buttons on both shirts and one pair of pants were loose and frayed . One pair ,which had a bad crease from the store I bought it, wasnt even pressed or cleaned, because the crease was still there. My other shirt was not washed either. I know this because it reaked of alcohol and cigarettes . Out of 4 pieces of clothing, only 1 pair of pants was actually dry cleaned. I know this because it had a tag attatched to the pants and it is pressed. however, the cleaner isnt too effective . I would not recommend this dry cleaner at all. The clothing is thrown about the floor, the management is disorganized, and the "organic cleaner" they use barely cleans anything. I had a similiar situation in the past with two jackets, but figured the big "under new management" sign outside would have improved things.

if you have nice clothing that you would not like ruined,dont cheap out for the $1.99 price tag. take it to 15th and kennedy. my clothes were like brand new after cleaning up "organic cleaners" mess.
