Absolutely loved. It was extremely convenient for me to travel to. I felt secure in leaving my dog there with the help of the staff. It's hard to be in a field of service let alone with beings that can't speak through words. My toy poodle is not an easy guy but they never once complained to me about him (unlike other unprofessional big branch groomers). He was clean, he was fresh and he was happy. I will be back in 3 months for a "touch up". Thank you kindly. Blu thanks you too!

I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS. The owner quoted me a price before I gave my dog over for the haircut, made up some excuse and was going to charge me $20 dollars more. Not a honest shop at all. One price is advertised and adds all these extra and hidden fees. Owner was extremely rude when questioned about all these "extra fees." You cannot run a business by cheating your customers. Also my dog is a Mini Australian Shepard - by no means it is a large dog - but a medium size one and the price advertised is a $55 in the store. They get you by advertising themselves as the lowest grooming around and then have signs saying prices subject to change and charge you all these extra fees! Beware!!

LOVE this place! Been going here with my bichon/poodle mix for 7 years. NEVER had a problem. Very courteous and caring. On my way today.

Ok I will say this, this is not the most glamorous place you will find. So if your looking for flat screen TV's and red carpets where they serve your dog sparkling water, then this is not the place for you. But if your looking for a place that does a good job at grooming and taking care of your dog then you will be satisfied with this place. I have a shitzu and they always do a wonderful job with him. I have taken him to this place 3 times and each and every time I have been more than happy with their work.
So even thought the appearance of the facility definitely needs some work don't be shy away, give it a change and I'm sure you will be happy with their work also.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. My wife and I asked for our 10 month old Husky to be groomed up to one to one and half inch off the skin and they wound up shaving him completely bald. Their excuse was "His hair was tangled". I would've figured a professional business would call the client to let them know of any changes prior to do it. My dog looks like a poodle and huskies are not made to look like that. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
