Dog Groomers of New Jersey

Been bringing my dog ROXI there for a few years !!!
very clean! very nice people! my dog always comes home happy and well cut!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I took my dog to the groomers here a few times on the last visit I brought my dog home and noticed he was acting strange. I checked him thoroughly when I noticed wetness around the ear and inside. The following morning I vistited the vet. Turns out the groomers plucked his ears which gave him an infection which led to hearing loss. Even after the antibiotics and careful watch he has yet to regain any hearing. When I notified the owner/manager she basically stuttered her way through an excuse and had no concern / regard . Instead.... with a smug face and nasty attitude she wrote me off a check to refund the doctors visit, AS IF THAT IS GOING TO GIVE MY PRECIOUS DOGS HEARING BACK!!!!
