One of the nicest Italian restaurants in RVC. Everything here is good, but I would recommend a panini.

Yes this place is definitely outstanding...outstandingly HORRIBLE. If you enjoy bad service, terrible food, and sitting in the dingiest corner of a restaurant go to Dodici. I have had finer dining at Mc Donalds. Save your hard earned cash and stay home and cook yoh are bound to have a better experience that way. The glory days for this restaurant are looooong gone.

Ok. So my boyfriend and i were out for a few hours and started getting really hungry while approaching the rockville center area. I had been to Dodici's about 13 years ago and remembered it to be very good. This wasnt the case tonight. The server acted like a cheap car salesman and asked strted rattling off different appetizers after we already said no a few times. Wine and 2 entrees were ok for us tonight. I ordered a pizza minus mushrooms bc i cant eat them and low and behold the pizza comes out with mushrooms. We told another waiter who then got our waiter and took the pizza back to be 'thrown out' and a new one made. My boyfriends food was never taken back to be put under a warmer in the meantime. What do you know.. a new pizza .. cold.. comes out andddd.. it has now little tiny pieces of mushrooms left on it. The pizza guy in the back obviously missed those in the dark ligting in the back when he picked off all the original big ones. We are not fools. We finally made it to the manager who decided to make me a new pizza but i said no. Then he said hed throw in dessert. I was leaving because i was played for a fool and didnt want free dessert that i didnt want in the first place and didnt want to pay $$$ for all the mess ups.. no more Dodici's for us!
