Doddtown Auto Repair

A complete nightmare! I decided to take my car here after reading all the positive reviews. BIG MISTAKE! The owner told me to leave my car on a Thursday and that he would have it fixed by Friday. Friday went by, no word from them. I called several times, only to find out they were too busy to even look at it. Saturday afternoon came, I called again and was told that they couldn't fix it until Monday. Monday afternoon I called and was told it would be ready by 5:00pm that day. I show up at 5:00pm and they tell me its still not ready and to come back the next day! Now, I completely understand that auto repair shops can be extremely busy, however, why hold my car captive when I can take it somewhere else to get fixed? Mind you, this is ONE repair that shouldn't have taken very long at all. These mechanics are unapologetic and have no consideration for your schedule. They won't even make a simple courtesy phone call to keep you updated on what's going on. Competitive prices? My final bill was almost $100 more than the PRINTED estimate they gave me. I presented them with the original estimate, and still ended up paying the higher bill. You think they'd compensate me for the inconvenience? Nope... they didn't really care.

I have gone to them to:
- Replace front & rear brakes and rotors on my 2007 Honda Pilot & 2009 Toyota Camry .
- Replace A/C compressor on Honda Pilot
Each time i had a great experience.
Larry the owner, and Ruddy & Bert who work for him, are all very knowledgeable in their work and stand behind what they do.

Doddtown is the first that would come to mind whenever I have problems with my car. They give me good and honest service. They have an accommodating reception and I don't usually wait too long to have my car fixed. Happy new year!

This is the only place I go to whenever I needed tune ups for my car. They have skilled technicians, honest service and excellent customer service. I never really trust anyone else to repair my car.
