Doctors On Call

I've been using them as an adjunct to my regular PCP. Yesterday I needed pain meds for my many illnesses, I called from the middle of the night Saturday and spoke to the answering service. On Monday I called from 10AM-5PM. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!!! Not the physicians assistant or the MD. I again called this AM twice already,still no message. If you like multiple practioners that don't know anything about your case and don't return your calls in an emergency then Doctors on Call is for u. I guarantee you'll be sorry.

Fairly good medical staff but totally incompetent administrative staff. They have absolutely no clue. I called about getting medical tests done for my father who has Alzheimer's - after 10 calls they continue calling me by his name or cal his home to speak to him - brilliant! It took repeated calls to get test results - I can't even get the EKG results after 2 weeks and they have no record of him having the EKG, yet someone came to the house to do that. They love making more visits than necessary to the home so that they can bill Medicare often. BUT the administrative staff is an SNL comedy skit of unbelievable stupidity. It would be comical except I'm trying to take care of my dad's health. Look elsewhere,
