The heat is back on !!! :-) Called Dr. Power and spoke with Louis. Tyrone the technician was sent within a few hours and 1 hour before his actual start time to work ... on a snowy winter day!!!! He was able to fix the problem with our HVAC system within minutes and replaced our damaged part with a part from his truck. Great prompt, service!!!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others. Cost is at the standard. You get what you pay for. The new name is Azone Comfort Air. If you want knowledgeable, professional service, give Louis a call. Manhattan Resident.

Last night at 1am I awoke to about 1/2 gallon of water pouring into my bedroom, b/c my great a/c tech forgot which way to tilt the a/c when he put it in. Thanks a lot for the 100 biz cards you gave me, Louis. I will be sure to recommend you to all of my friends. This will be their 4th visit to properly INSTALL a window unit, I hope it is their last. Why do I keep torturing myself? Because I have already spent $1275 on these guys, and I will be darned if I am going to spend more money on my a/c repair this summer. I mean, Con-Ed is already sending me thank you notes! I will never, ever use them again. So happy I am moving. (and leaving the a/cs)
