I found out about these guys when they wired up new computers at my old job. They came in and did what they had to do. Cool people, they were nice to everyone even though a lot of us were freaking out that things would not work the same.
I brought my own computer in to them twice after that. They fix it pretty fast and don't charge crazy prices. Staten Island business know they can't overcharge. Good people.

He put a lock on my Computer & I can't do any changes unless I call him. How Dir you!!!
This is my computer not yours, not yours. Here is the photo on my screen tell me my computer is LOCKED by him.

I have never brought a problem to Joe that he couldn't handle. His service is fast, and efficient.
I highly recommend Dr. Computers!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION!!!!!
I brought my computer to Joe to be fixed and was quoted one amount and when finished with all repairs more than doubled his original quote. He claimed to have added upgrades and programs which I had not asked for nor expected. After refusing to pay (for uneccessary/unwated upgrades he basically held my computer and me hostage expecting that I did pay. THE MAN IS CRIMINAL!!! Telling me that I am taking money out of his pocket all while emptying mine!!!
