Dr. Cook is a fabulous doctor. The office staff at DOCS leaves a lot to be desired. I continue to go to this practice because Dr. Cook is so great. The staff answering the phones and handling the patients are dreadful. They are not trained properly. This is NOT Dr. Cook's fault but the fault of the owner of the practice who apparently does not want to pay for good workers. The rating for Dr. Cook is a 4.5. The rating for the staff is ZERO
