Money hungry scammers. They were very rude, made me wait over an hour and was late for work,sent me to an out of network lab for testing without telling me, lied about violating HIPPA when they refused to tell me my negative results over the phone and charged me for a secondary visit just to hear my results without ever telling me the results.

Reporting them to my insurance company ASAP

HORRIBLE, the doctors are not gentle at all x-rays are not suppose to be painful my mom was screaming in pain and the doctor said he didnt hear anything because he was taking care of his personal things. in NYU they we so nice and gentle with her my mom was very happy. when you go to a doctor your suppose to come out without pain not in more pain than you walked in. i am very disappointed.

I have been going to Doc Care for about 5 years. I highly recommend Dr. Bigman. He is friendly and takes time to explain things to you. Also like my Gastroenterologist Dr. Maizel. Staff are friendly and wait times are short.

I've been going there for over a decade. It's much less crowded and and the wait is cut in half in recent years. Love my primary dr Torres.

Paid a visit to Doc Care here in Queens about 5 months ago, at age 63 I had concerns about my health also concerns of finding good doctors. (My last doctor retied)... My first visit here put me at ease, the receptionists are very respectful to your needs and unbelievably helpful, (saw that for myself) the staff friendly, knowledgeable, sharp and like the receptionists easy on the eyes... Like all new first doctors visits it does take time when taking health information from new patient, they do not rush you through and I am totally glad about that, time well spent... Want to thank Doctor Bigmen for introducing me to the staff of doctors there, they are for me the best in their field... I was looking for good doctors and what I found were great ones Thank you all for making me feel better after leaving all my visits....
