They will probably have those organic and/or specialty products you can't find across the street at the Key Foods, or across one ave at the MET. They have a great selection of quality produce. They also have quality fresh fish. However, the prices are very high. For even non-perishable items you CAN find across the street, expect to pay 20-50% more than at a regular grocery.

Nice example of the well-stocked fancy Korean deli, with plusses: pretty good fresh fish and a surprising gluten-free selection, including Udi's breads and cookies. No more Whole Foods runs just for GF bread!
