worst DMV and it never gets any better since 2006. When i had receive my ticket number for a simple state ID i was only 2 numbers behind. That day it wasnt full with people, it took 1 hour to get the photo take an another 1 hour for them to say the system is down and you have to come tomorrow to do the process over again, That is BS because it was 5 minutes to close and they just didnt want to work overtime so why not make an excuse to throw everybody out so they can leave on time . WORST DMV is jamaica, others like college point are the best.

No one want to come to the DMV, it is never a good thing, and often feel like waste of time. But every now and then we need to stop here and take care of things. I was here at 10:30, I left at 11:15 after everything I needed to clear was cleared. I can say that I am surprised with how smooth things went, from the moment I entered till I left.

Sooo packed everytime I go their please hirer more staff last time a lady passed out waiting so long people will come a 11am and wont leave untill 4! Pm

That is the thing with official places, they don't care about how many people they will serve, or what quality of service, they will get paid and go home, and the people don't have alternatives. You cant just decide you are not coming to this place anymore.
They need to have BETTER customer's service!

Fast service and the people working the desks are alright but the Hispanic blonde guard who over sees the tests has a disgusting attitude towards those who don't understand English much. Witnessed her tearing apart a guy taking the permit test. She doesn't deserve taxpayer money hire someone else please.
