Not A Good Company To Work For.

DMS Security is a very racist business ran by two women who take advantage of the African immagrints that gain employment with them. They work for minimum wage with no benefits and can not even take a day off for sick or personal issues. They use the fact that these people are immagrints against them. this company in general should be brought up on labor charges.

An elderly woman answers the phone. She asks the questions, and if she likes what she hears, she tells you to come between 9-5 and hangs up. Good luck with that! If you want to work for ignorant, uneducated, unprofessional, unmannered bosses, you deserve whatever you get. I have worked for enough losers to know when to walk away. Run from this one!

There was a sweet 16 party going on at the marriot in park ridge, nj and we where at the bar. My wife went to the bathroom and found teenagers passed out on the floor. Obviously there was a lot of underage drinking going on. Myself a parent I was concerned. The organizer had hired DMS Security Systems (looks like they didn't do a good job ...). When my wife tried to find out if they where taken care of, the security guard stepped in and got in here face and told here "step away. I am a cop, mind your own business" He was very arrogant and kept getting in here face. When we asked him for his name, badge and number he refused to answer.

We ended up calling the police - it was to late. They all had bailed by this time.

All in all - he was a arrogant little jerk. Don't hire them, not just for their behavior, but also for their incompetence.
